Typically referred to as Preferred Provider Organizations(PPOs).  These types of plans offer broad coverage through a contracted agreement between the insurance company and the health provider.  We carry plans from Aetna, Blue Cross-Blue Shield, CIGNA, CoventryOne, Humana, United Healthcare and many others.  These plans can be purchased individually or obtained through employee benefits through your employer  if available.  Individual plans are always cheaper than group benefits.
