Smart Health & Life Insurance Agency LLC was formed out of the belief that anyone of any age or health condition should have easy and affordable access to Health, Life, Medicare, Dental and Annuity Insurance. We have personally purchased and used several types of insurance throughout our lives and found many gaps with confusing language in all of them. We believe everyone should have the opportunity to learn, understand and ultimately purchase the insurance necessary to properly protect their financial legacies.

We are headquartered in West Central Florida 20 miles North of Tampa in the growing town of Wesley Chapel, FL. Our first clients were established in Pasco county and the surrounding Tampa Bay area. We then expanded throughout Florida and are now in all 50 states. Our clients vary from Medicare Beneficiaries, Individuals and Families, Self-Employed, Small & Large Businesses.

Captain Rob Hamilton
President
Capt. Rob Hamilton is President of Smart Health & Life Insurance Agency LLC. He has been a licensed Health, Life and Annuity insurance agent for more than 20 years. After retiring from a successful 25-year engineering and international marketing career in the telecommunications industry he and his partner Vicki Hamilton started Smart Health & Life Insurance Agency LLC in 2002 now headquartered in Wesley Chapel, Florida.
Capt. Rob holds an active USCG 100-ton Captain's License and lives and works in Wesley Chapel, Florida. Since dedicating time to the local community is so important to Capt Rob he is an active member of the Wesley Chapel Chamber of Commerce and Rotary International. He spends his free time cruising, diving and fishing the beautiful coast of Florida in his Grady-White sport fishing boat.
Vicki Hamilton
Vice President
Vicki Hamilton is Vice President and managing partner of Smart Health & Life Insurance Agency LLC. After enjoying her various educational, sales and volunteer positions while being a dedicated mother, she obtained her health, life and annuity insurance license. Vicki specializes in the Medicare market with a sincere dedication towards helping our senior citizens understand their choices in the complicated world of Medicare. Vicki resides in Hudson, Florida
